1 out of 5 starsThis item appears to be made of burlap- like material is the complete opposite of what I was hoping for something silky and sophisticated. I tried to return it but because this originated in England the shipping was $50 from the United States so of course I kept it but I would not recommend it

I was confused by the directions and selected a color I did not want. She allowed me to exchange what I originally ordered for the color I wanted. It was very kind of her and I really appreciated it.

Payment must be made in full and have cleared before the item is shipped.
Delivery
To be sure that you will receive your purchase on time, please let me know your due date.
Bulk orders (3 or more) may take up to 3-4 weeks.
I offer free ordinary shipping. This is a postal service with no tracking. It is possible to send your order by registered post, which will cost you an extra 10$ and will enable you to track your parcel at any time from the moment of sending it to you.
In countries, where the shipping cost is 20$, and bulk orders (3 clutches or more) I send by registered post.
Please NOTE, that I do not take responsibility if the packages are late or lost in the mail.

The EU:
~Registered - 3-5 working days;

The USA:
~Registered - 7-8 working days;
